About us

Who We Are

Dil Diyan Gallan Community Services is a Canadian Organization that is dedicated to spreading awareness about mental health and breaking the stigma associated with it. Our mission, is to ensure that everyone has access to the support they need, a safe space to share their feelings, and an equal opportunity to fight against mental health issues.

Take advice from others' experiences

'Peers' are people who have firsthand knowledge of a challenge similar to yours. Study proves, when you are able to speak to someone else who has a mental illness, there is a sense of understanding and connection that can benefit both people.

Genuine Discussions. Real, Amazing individuals

Connect with Peers over video. They are volunteers and willing to listen to your side of the story. They may share their own journey with you. Peers help you by sharing knowledge or providing emotional support, and social interaction.

All discussions are strictly confidential

Your identity will remain completely secret. Peer conversations are meant to give you a secure space to remove the first protective layer and to assist you in. You can talk from your heart without worrying about being judged.

Appeal To Community

Mental health issues are a serious concern for many people, and they can be particularly challenging when you feel like you’re going through it alone. That’s why I’m reaching out to invite you to join our peer support group. Our group is designed to bring people together who are dealing with similar mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, or any other mental health challenge. We believe that connecting with others who understand what you’re going through can be a powerful way to support one another and find ways to cope.

Whether you’re looking for help or want to offer learnings from your own journey, our peer support group is a safe and welcoming space where you can share your experiences, learn from others, and receive support from people who truly understand what you’re going through.

We recognize that everyone’s journey will be unique, and we believe that together, we can create a supportive and understanding community.
